　　上海西華國際學校招生簡章。上海西華國際學校是一所獨立的雙語教育學校，招收的學生從幼兒園到13年級。如今學校已招收了來自28個國家的學生共同在西華進行學習，享受成長。西華秉承激發學生新觀點，拓寬新視野的教學理念，培養學生理解和質疑的能力及習慣，鼓勵學生獨立思考、相互交流并對不同文化進行認識和理解。
　　1. Arrange to visit the school campus by contacting our admissions office. Our Admissions staff will arrange a tour of the campus and will answer any further questions that you may have. At this time, you will have the opportunity to view classes in progress (during school hours) and meet with key staff.
　　聯系學校招生辦公室，參觀學校校園。學校將有專業人士進行問題解答。
　　2. Complete the application forms and return them to the Admissions Office with a non-refundable fee of RMB2,000.
　　完成申請表格并提交給招生辦公室，交納2000元注冊費（費用不可退還）
　　These include:（材料包括）
　　· a completed and signed application form
　　一份完整簽名申請表
　　· a copy of parents and student(s) passport and residency visa (or letter from employer affirming visa will be pending)
　　一份家長和學生的護照和居留簽證(或雇主來信確認簽證）復印件
　　· a copy of students birth certificate with official translation (if necessary)
　　一份學生出生證明復印件如有需要請選擇官方譯本
　　· health form and copy of students up-to-date immunization records
　　學生健康情況表及預防疫苗接種記錄
　　· four (4) recent passport sized photos
　　學生護照尺寸（或2寸）大小照片四張
　　· academic records in English with the certified translations (if necessary)
　　英語學習成績如有需要請選擇官方譯本
　　· For PK- Kindergarten students – full records from current year
　　幼兒園學生：當年所以資料
　　· For Grades 1-5 students – current records plus the previous year records
　　一年級到五年級：當年及近兩年的資料
　　· For Grades 6-10 students – current records plus the previous 2 years records
　　六至十年級：當年及近兩年的資料
　　· For Grades 11-13 students– current records plus all records from G9
　　十一至十三年級：當年及九年級以來所以資料
　　Records need to include:
　　· Any available standardized test scores
　　所以標準測試成績
　　· Any special needs testing (if relevant)
　　相關測試證明
　　· Classroom teacher recommendation
　　學校老師推薦信
　　· Principal/counsellor recommendation
　　專業人士推薦信
　　· For Grade 9 and above, recommendation from Maths, English and one other teacher
　　九年級及以上：數學、英語及其他課老師推薦信
　　3. Upon acceptance you will need to sign and return to the Admissions Office:
　　收到錄取通知后，簽署下列文件并交至招生辦
　　· Enrolment contract 招生合同
　　· Parent agreement 家長同意書
　　· Marketing and photo release form 照片使用授權書
　　· Computer User Agreement 計算機用戶協議
　　· Pay the non-refundable enrolment deposit of RMB16,000. This deposit will guarantee your child's place for the following year and will be transferred towards tuition upon commencement at WISS.
　　支付入學定金16,000元（不可退還）這筆錢用于學生二年支付學費。
